先天性与后天性并存双疝囊腹股沟斜疝1例

1 case of the congenital and acquired coexistence of double hernia sac inguinal hernia

目的:腹股沟斜疝是普外科临床最常见的疾病之一,可分为先天性腹股沟斜疝和后天性腹股沟斜疝,两者很少在同一患者身上出现。本文通过分析先天性与后天性并存双疝囊腹股沟斜疝1例,提醒临床医师,对于巨大疝,特别是自幼年发病者,术中还纳疝内容后,精索仍粗大时,应想到双疝囊可能,以免遗漏。

Inguinal hernia is one of the most common disease in general surgery clinical.It can be divided into congenital inguinal hernia and acquired inguinal hernia, both rarely appear in the same patients.In this text,through the analysis of 1 case of the congenital and acquired coexistence of double hernia sac inguinal hernia,this case reminds clinicians,for huge hernia,especially since the childhood onset,the spermatic cord are still coarse after hernial content recovery.We should think of double hernia sac in order to avoid missing.
