摘要
目的:癌性脑膜炎是一种严重的临床疾病,对患者的健康产生严重的影响。在国内,癌性脑膜炎原发灶以肺癌最多,多见于肺癌晚期。癌性脑膜炎主要表现为脑部症状,治疗应以鞘内注射、静滴或口服能通过血脑屏障的化疗药物为主。本文简要介绍1例肺癌化疗后并发癌性脑膜炎的诊治体会。
Carcinomatous meningitis is a serious clinical problem,which have a serious impact on the health of patients. In our country,the most primary tumor of carcinomatous meningitis is lung cancer,mostly at late lung cancer. The clinical symptom of carcinomatous meningitis is mainly for brain symptoms.The treatment should be with intrathecal injection, the static drop or oral chemotherapy drugs that can pass the blood brain barrier.This paper briefly introduces the experience in diagnosis and treatment of 1 case of carcinomatous meningitis.
