摘要
目的:通过分析先天性腹腔干与肠系膜上动脉缺失1例,分析其临床特点及检查,认为消化道出血患者腹部多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)、多层螺旋CT肺动脉造影(MSCTPA)有重要价值,特别是行介入治疗前的病变评估。
Through the analysis of 1 case of congenital absence of celiac axis and superior mesenteric artery,its clinical characteristics and the examination are analyzed.We think that MSCTA and MSCTPA of abdomen have a important value on patients with alimentary tract hemorrhage,especially to evaluate lesions before interventional treatment.
