摘要
糖尿病的发病率逐年增高,老年人占重要比例,干休所老年人高度集中。本文选取休干所老年群体,通过对糖尿病的个性化健康教育,系统的传授糖尿病的基本知识,使患者掌握自我监测方法和防治要点,从而达到有效控制血糖和预防并发症,提高了干休所老年糖尿病患者的生活质量。因此,以人为本的个性化治疗老年糖尿病实时、适用、方便、可操作性强。
The incidence of diabetes increased year by year.The elderly accounted for the important proportion, and the old highly concentrated in cadre' s sanitarium. We selected the older age groups of cadres in this paper.Through individualized health education on diabetes,we teached the basic knowledge on diabetes systemly,and made the patients master the self monitoring methods and control points,so as to achieve the effective control of blood glucose and the prevention of complications,and improved the quality of life in elderly patients with diabetes.Therefore the people-oriented individualized treatment of elderly diabetic real-time,applicable,convenient,strong operability.
