绝经期患者取环前应用尼尔雌醇及利多卡因的临床效果研究

Study on the clinical effect of the application of neal female mellow and lidocaine before remove the IUD in postmenopausal patients

目的:探讨经期患者取环前应用尼尔雌醇及利多卡因的临床效果。方法:2011年12月-2013年12月收治进行取环的绝经期患者38例,将所有取环者按照取环时间随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组在术前给予尼尔雌醇及利多卡因,对照组不给药按照常规手术进行。比较两组手术成功率、镇痛效果以及不良反应情况。结果:试验组镇痛效果明显好于对照组,取环时,试验组明显较对照组顺利,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均无不良反应出现,说明利多卡因是安全有效的。结论:绝经期患者取环前应用尼尔雌醇及利多卡因,使得取环的成功率增高,并且临床不良反应少,安全有效,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the application of neal female mellow and lidocaine before remove the IUD in postmenopausal patients.Methods:38 cases with menopausal who want to remove the IUD were selected from December 2011 to December 2013.All of them were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the time of taking out the IUD.The experimental group received the neal female mellow and lidocaine before operation.The control group were treated with the regular operation without drugs.We compared the operation success rate,analgesic effect and adverse reactions of two groups.Results:The analgesic effect of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group.The experimental group was significantly smoothly than the control group when took out the IUD.The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in both two groups.Conclusion:The neal female mellow and lidocaine before take out the IUD in menopause patients can increase the ring success rate,and less clinical adverse reaction,safe and effective,so it is worthy of clinical application.
