摘要
目的:探讨坏疽性阑尾炎行的手术技巧与方法。方法:2005年4月-2013年4月收治坏疽性阑尾炎患者84例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:发生腹腔脓肿2例,切口感染延迟愈合3例,并发粘连性肠梗阻2例。其余未见发生粪瘘、出血及门静脉炎等。结论:坏疽性阑尾炎手术应该根据术中情况选择合理术式,保证手术质量,减少副损伤,确保术后安全。
Objective:To explore the Operation skills and methods of gangrenous appendicitis.Methods:84 cases with gangrene appendicitis were selected from April 2005 to April 2013.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:2 cases occured abdominal abscess.The incision of 3 cases had infection and delayed healing.2 cases occured adhesive intestinal obstruction.The remaining patients did not have the occurrence of fecal fistula,bleeding,and phlebitis.Conclusion:We should choose a reasonable operation according to the operation condition for the patients with gangrenous appendicitis patients,ensure the quality,reduce the side injury,and ensure the postoperative safety.
