尿道黏膜脱垂13例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 13 cases of urethral mucosa prolapse

目的:对尿道黏膜脱垂在误诊方面的原因以及具体的治疗措施展开回顾分析,以期指导临床实践。方法:1995-2012年收治尿道黏膜脱垂疾病患者13例,其中8例患者被多次误诊。均表现尿频、尿痛、排尿时尿路刺激感。根据患者具体情况给予黏膜切除处理。对13例患者接受治疗后的恢复情况进行观察,研究治疗效果。结果:本组随访12例患者术后恢复良好,在接受针对性治疗后,均无尿道出血及尿道狭窄发生,术后排尿顺畅,手术效果满意。术后恢复期间内未发现尿失禁或尿道外口狭窄方面问题。结论:临床上发现一些中老年人反复"下尿路感染"久经不愈,要细致地进行尿道检查,必要时行膀胱镜检查,以免漏诊,针对确诊为尿道黏膜脱垂的患者,需要及时通过黏膜切除的方式进行治疗,治疗效果理想。

Objective:We retrospective analyzed the causes of misdiagnosis and the treatment measures of the urethral mucosa prolapse,and hoped to guide the clinical practice.Methods:13 cases with urethral mucosa prolapse were selected from 1995 to2012.8 cases were repeatedly misdiagnosed in them.All of them were frequent urination,dysuria,urinary tract irritation.We treated them with mucosal resection according to the specific circumstances of patients.We observed the recovery of 13 cases after the treatment,and analyzed the treatment effects.Results:12 cases were followed up and they recovered well after operation.In accepting the targeted treatment,there were no urethral bleeding and postoperative urethral stricture,bladder smooth after the operation.The effect of the operation was satisfactory.During the recovery time after the operation,there was not found the urinary incontinence and urethral stenosis issues.Conclusion:In clinical there are some of the elderly repeatedly 'lower urinary tract infection' timely does not heal.We must examine the urethral carefully.If necessary,we can use the cystoscopy,in order to avoid misdiagnosis.For the diagnosed prolapse of urethra patients,we must treat them with the mucosal resection timely,and the treatment effect is ideal.
