中晚期妊娠情绪焦虑抑郁情况调查及其相关因素分析

Survey and analysis of related factors of anxiety and depression in middle and later pregnancy

目的:对中晚期妊娠情绪焦虑抑郁情况调查及其相关因素进行探讨。方法:2011年1月-2013年12月收治中晚期妊娠妇女177例,通过问卷调查对产妇的情绪焦急抑郁情况以及影响因素进行调查。结果:中晚期妊娠中情绪焦虑的发生率12.43%,情绪抑郁发生率9.6%,情绪异常的发生率16.38%。结论:在中晚期妊娠妇女中普遍存在着情绪焦虑与抑郁的情况,因此医护人员要加大对中晚期妊娠妇女的健康教育,并做好中晚期妊娠妇女的产前心理指导,尽量降低中晚期妊娠妇女情绪异常的发生率。

Objective:To explore the survey and analysis of related factors of anxiety and depression in middle and later pregnancy.Methods:177 cases of middle and later pregnancy women were selected from January 2011 to December 2013.We surveyed the situation and related factors of anxiety and depression through the questionnaire survey.Results:In middle and later pregnancy women,the incidence of anxiety was 12.43%.The incidence of depression was 9.6%.Emotional abnormality rate was16.38%.Conclusion:In middle and later pregnancy women,anxiety and depression are common,therefore,the medical staff should strengthen the health education for middle and later pregnancy women,and do a good job of prenatal psychological guidance for middle and later pregnancy women,as far as possible to reduce the incidence of abnormal emotional in middle and later pregnancy women.
