摘要
目的:探讨达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:2012年6月-2013年6月收治多囊卵巢综合征患者80例,作为研究对象。随机将80例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。其中对照组采取达英-35治疗;观察组采取达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后均有不同程度的疗效,但观察组效果更佳,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者的方案上,采取达英-35联合二甲双胍作为药物比单独采用达英-35治疗效果更佳,值得在临床上大力推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Ying Da-35 combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovarian cyst syndrome.Methods:80 cases with polycystic ovarian cyst syndrome were selected from June 2012 to June 2013.They were as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group were treated with Ying Da-35.The observation group were treated with Ying Da-35 combined with metformin.After drug treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The two groups had different levels of curative effect.Compared with the control group,the effect of the observation group was better.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with polycystic ovarian cyst syndrome,Ying Da-35 combined with metformin as the drug is better than Ying Da-35.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
