米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠58例疗效观察

Curative effect observation of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of 58 cases of ectopic pregnancy

目的:研究米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:2012年7月-2013年7月收治异位妊娠患者58例,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组29例。对照组采取米非司酮作为治疗性药物给予处理;观察组在对照组的治疗基础上,增加甲氨蝶呤进行联合治疗。治疗周期结束之后,比较两组的治疗效果,并采取统计学分析。结果:经过治疗之后,观察组总治疗有效率89.5%。对照组总治疗有效率57.9%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在住院时间、β-HCG恢复时间、阴道无规则出血时间、腹痛时间均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在药物不良反应的比较上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠具有良好效果,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:58 cases with ectopic pregnancy were selected from July 2012 to July 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 29 cases in each.The control group took mifepristone as the treatment drugs for treatment.On the basis of the treatment in the control group,the observation group increased methotrexate combined treatment.After the end of treatment period,the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.It took statistical analysis.Results:After treatment,the total treatment effective rate of the observation group was 89.5%.The total treatment effective rate of the control group was 57.9%.Comparing the two groups,there had significant difference(P<0.05).The hospital stay,β-HCG recovery time,vaginal irregular bleeding time and abdominal pain time of the observation group were better than that of the control group.There all had significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups in adverse drug reactions of comparison(P>0.05).Conclusion:In clinical on the patients with ectopic pregnancy,taking mifepristone combined with methotrexate treatment has a good effect.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
