Hemoperfusion and hemodialysis in rescuing clozapine poisoning in 1 case

氯氮平是一种非典型抗精神病药物,大剂量氯氮平中毒可危及患者的生命。传统治疗是彻底洗胃及对症、支持治疗,病程长、并发症多、死亡率高。本文简要介绍1例血液透析+血液灌流抢救氯氮平中毒的案例。本患者转危为安,且抢救病程短,无并发症。

Clozapine is a kind of atypical antipsychotics.High-dose clozapine poisoning can endanger patient's life.Traditional treatment is thoroughly gastric lavage and symptomatic, support treatment, which has long duration, much complications, and high mortality rate.In this paper,1 case of clozapine poisoning treated with hemodialysis and hemoperfusion are briefly introduced.This case is saved, with short rescue duration and no complications.
