扩张型心肌病的心律失常发病率高且多样易变,故护理人员应该有高度的责任心,加强对心律失常的护理,握心电图知识,及时发现病情变化,并有效控制扩张型心肌病患者恶性心律失常事件的发生。同时,做好心理护理,减轻患者痛苦,树立战胜疾病的信心,提高患者的生活质量。
The incidence of arrhythmia of dilated cardiomyopathy is high and variably, so nursing staff should have high sense of responsibility, strengthen the nursing of arrhythmia, and master ECG knowledge,in order to discover condition change in time,and effective control of DCM patients with malignant arrhythmia.At the same time, nursing staff should do a good job in psychological care, to reduce patient pain and establish the confidence of conquer disease,so as to improve the patient's quality of life.
