摘要
目的:探讨健康管理对成人哮喘缓解期患者的干预作用。方法:支气管哮喘患者随机分为健康管理干预组和药物对照组;健康管理干预组进行系统的健康管理,药物对照组予孟鲁司特钠片10 mg,1次/晚,口服;在干预治疗3个月后,对患者生命质量、肺功能PEF昼夜变异率、临床症状缓解情况等结果进行统计学分析。结果:健康管理干预组的治疗效果明显优于药物对照组。结论:系统的健康管理方案能有效提高患者的生命质量、改善肺功能PEF昼夜变异率指标、缓解支气管哮喘缓解期的临床症状。
Objective:To explore the effect of intervention of health management on adult bronchial asthma at remission stage.Methods:Patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the health management intervention group and the drug control group.The health management intervention group were treated with the health management system;the drug control group were treated with the montelukast sodium tablets 10 mg,1 time per night,oral.After 3 months of treatment,we compared the quality of life,pulmonary function PEF diurnal variation,the improvement of clinical symptoms and other results of the two groups.Results:The effect of health management intervention group was better than that of the drug control group.Conclusion:Health management system can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,improve lung function PEF diurnal variation rate index,and relieve the clinical symptoms of bronchial asthma in remission stage.
