2型糖尿病合并高血压52例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 52 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension

目的:探讨总结2型糖尿病合并高血压降压效果。方法:2013年1-12月收治2型糖尿病合并高血压患者52例。随机分成两组,治疗组30例,对照组22例。对照组给予常规治疗,并加服厄贝沙坦。而治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加服硝苯地平进行治疗。观察患者的反应,并记录相关的数据。结果:52例患者经治疗后的血糖均有明显的下降。治疗组降压的总有效率96.67%,比对照组的总有效率81.81%要高,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合用药的方式可以实现对血糖和血压的有效控制,且不良反应也减少,值得广泛应用与推广。

Objective:To explore and summarize the antihypertensive efficacy of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension.Methods:52 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension were selected from January to December 2013.They were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was 30 cases,and the control group was 22 cases.The control group were given conventional treatment,and plus oral irbesartan.While the treatment group plus oral nifedipine treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.The reaction of patient was observed.The relevant data was recorded.Results: 52 cases with blood sugar after treatment had obvious decline.The total effective rate of lowing blood pressure in the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than the total effective rate(81.81%) of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) before and after the treatment.Conclusion: Drug combination method can realize the effective control of blood glucose and blood pressure,and has decreased adverse reactions.It is worthy of wide application and popularization.
