消化内科中存在的用药不合理现象及应对措施

Analysis of the digestion department of internal medicine medicationunreasonable phenomenon and countermeasures

目的:通过分析治疗消化内科疾病的用药不合理情况,找到使治疗过程中的用药安全得到提高的措施。方法:选取近3年就诊的300例患者的处方进行分析,并对其中的用药不合理情况进行观察分析。结果:在本次选取的300例患者的处方中,共有46张不合理处方;其中有11张不合理药物理化性质,16张药理拮抗,9张不合理药动学,10张不合理临床指征。结论:不合理用药情况在消化内科的临床治疗中仍有诸多存在,需要采取有效措施对这一情况进行解决,以达到提高用药合理的水平。

Objective:By analyzing the unreasonable drug use in the treatment of digestive internal medicine diseases,to find in the process of treatment measures of drug safety was improved.Methods: 300 cases in nearly three years with digestive internal medicine treatment were analyzed.Analyze the unreasonable situation of drug use.Results:In the prescriptions of 300 case,there were 46 recipes unreasonable prescription,11 recipes as the unreasonable drug physical and chemical properties,16 recipes for pharmacological antagonism,9 recipes of pharmacokinetic unreasonable,10 recipes of unreasonable clinical indications.Conclusion:Many irrational drug use situation in the clinical treatment of digestive internal medicine still exist.Effective measures need be taken to solve this situation,to improve the level of drug use reasonable.
