药酒穴位按摩+内服治疗慢性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of medicated wine acupoint massage plus oral in treating chronic lumbar disc herniation

目的:观察药酒内服外用在慢性腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用。方法:收治慢性腰椎间盘突出症患者224例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组采用理疗、针灸推拿和飞燕式功能锻炼治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上内服本院自治药酒,并每天做1次药酒穴位按摩。结果:治疗组和对照组在总有效率(分别为100%、67.86%)、治愈率(分别为26.79%、5.36%)、显效率(分别为48.21%、26.79%)上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药酒内服和外用相结合可有效治疗慢性腰椎间盘突出症。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of medicated wine acupoint massage plus oral in treating chronic lumbar disc herniation.Methods:224 cases with chronic lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group were treated with physical therapy,acupuncture and massage and the flying swallow type functional exercise therapy.The treatment group were treated with medicated wine acupoint massage with 1time per day plus oral on the basis of the control group.Results:The treatment group and the control group in the total efficiency(100%,67.86%),the cure rate(26.79%,5.36%) and significant efficiency(48.21%,26.79%) had significant differences.Conclusion:Medicated wine of internal and external combination can be effective in the treatment of chronic lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
