原发性高血压采用缬沙坦联用养血清脑颗粒治疗的临床体会

Clinical experience of the valsartan combined with Yang Xue Qing Nao granule in the treatment of essential hypertension

目的:探讨缬沙坦联合养血清脑颗粒治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:2013年3月-2014年3月收治原发性高血压患者88例,分为观察组和对照组各44例。均予以缬沙坦治疗,观察组加用养血清脑颗粒进行联合治疗。对两组治疗前后血压变化情况及不良反应发生情况进行观察和统计。结果:观察组治疗前后收缩压和舒张压的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合养血清脑颗粒治疗原发性高血压的临床效果显著,有效改善了患者的血压指标,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with Yang Xue Qing Nao granule in the treatmeof essential hypertension.Methods:88 cases with essential hypertension were selected from March 2013 to March 2014.They wedivided into the observation group and the control group with 44 cases in each.All of them were treated with valsartan.Tobservation group were treated with combined with the Yang Xue Qing Nao granule.We observed and statisticed the changes blood pressure before and after treatment in two groups and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The improvement systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence adverse reaction of observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects valsartan combined with Yang Xue Qing Nao granule in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral is significantly.It can improve tblood pressure index of patients.So it is worthy of promotion.
