体外震波碎石治疗的超声评价

Ultrasound evaluation of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment

目的:探讨体外震波碎石治疗输尿管结石临床疗效及其超声评价。方法:78例输尿管结石患者均给予体外震波碎石治疗,记录其临床疗效、并发症发生情况,给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果:78例输尿管结石患者经体外震波碎石治疗后,治愈74例(94.87%),失败率仅5.13%(4例),治愈率与失败率对比结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者并发症发生率7.69%,均属于局部皮肤红斑。结论:应用超声确诊及判断输尿管结石疗效准确性较高,且经体外震波碎石术治疗后患者疗效及预后效果均较为理想,有效保障其生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect and ultrasonic evaluation of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculus.Methods:78 cases with ureteral calculus were given extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment.The clinical effect and the complications occurrence were recorded.They were given statistical analysis and reached a decision.Results:After the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment in 78 cases with ureteral calculus,74 cases(94.87%)were cured,and the failure rate was only 5.13%(4 cases).The cure rate and the failure rate were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complication was 7.69%,and they all belong to the local skin erythema.Conclusion:Application of ultrasonic diagnosis and judgment of ureteral calculi has high accuracy curative effect.After the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment,the curative effect and prognosis effect of patients are more ideal.It effectively guarantee the quality of life.
