Acute myocardial infarction is a medical emergency, often merging arrhythmia, which is often the persistent,paroxysmal, various change.So care is very important.Therefor,nurses should learn knowledge of electrocardiogram, closely observe the changes of electrocardiogram monitoring, to provide information as soon as possible, to assist treatment and control the occurrence of arrhythmia, so as to reduce mortality.
