Objective:To explore the effect of music intervention in premature infant at PICC catheter difficult.Methods:41premature infants with PICC catheter difficult were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group were treated with music intervention, and the control group were treated with oral glucose water or massage. We observed two groups of children with heart rate, oxygen saturation and the whole device working(without the puncture time) at accepting the puncture, catheter difficulty, after accepting intervention(music or massage). Results:There were different degrees of increased heart rate and blood oxygen saturation fluctuation of the two groups at accepting the puncture, catheter difficulty, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After receiving different intervention, there were differences between the two groups of children with heart rate, blood oxygen saturation fluctuation. In the experimental group, after the music intervention, heart rate was(139.71±10.24) beats/min;SPO2 was(95.34±4.42)%;tube feeding time was(8.74±2.12) minutes. In the control group, after the massage intervention, heart rate was(150.01±13.79) times;SPO2 was(91.77±3.97)%;tube feeding time was(23.56±5.85) minutes. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Music intervention in premature infant at PICC catheter difficult can effectively alleviate the pain in children, and relieve spasm of vein.It is conducive to the catheterization operation smoothly. It can shorten the operation time, and ensure the PICC pipe and tube safety.
