经胸腔镜下行肺癌肺叶切除术患者的临床护理

Clinical nursing care on patients with lung cancer in the treatment of video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy

目的:分析经胸腔镜下行肺癌肺叶切除术患者的临床护理举措。方法:2010年3月-2013年6月收治肺癌患者50例,采取经胸腔镜下行肺癌肺叶切除术进行治疗,随机分为对照组和研究组,对比不同护理模式满意度和术后并发症发生情况。结果:研究组总满意度100.0%,显著高于对照组76.0%,并发症发生率8%,显著低于对照组20%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并发症主要以心律失常、呼吸衰竭、肺部感染、脓胸、皮下血肿为主,对症治疗后好转。结论:围手术期优质护理对于促使肺癌肺叶切除术患者尽早恢复有积极意义,可积极推广应用。

Objective:To analyse the clinical nursing care on patients with lung cancer in the treatment of video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy.Methods:50 cases with lung cancer in treatment of video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy were selected from March 2010 to June 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.Then compare the satisfaction and postoperative complications in different nursing models.Results:The total satisfaction rate in the study group was100%.It was significantly higher than that in the control group of 76%.The incidence of complications in the study group was 8%,significantly lower than that in the control group of 20%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main complications were cardiac arrhythmias,respiratory failure,pulmonary infection,empyema and subcutaneous hematoma,those symptoms improved after treatment.Conclusion:Giving quality nursing in peri operation period has positive sense for earlier recover of lung cancer patients with treatmen of lobectomy of lung,so it can be actively promote.
