摘要
目前,患者的法律维权意识、角色意识与证据意识都在不断增强,而且新闻媒体对一些医疗单位的丑恶现象报道的日益增多,因此上访患者越来越多。面对倡导以人为本,要求人性化服务的大环境,怎样正确对待和妥善解决医患之间产生的矛盾和纠纷,就成为医院发展致关重要的一环。本文就怎样正确对待和妥善解决医患之间产生的矛盾和纠纷作一简单介绍,以期望对未来工作有所帮助。
At present, the legal rights consciousness, role consciousness and evidence consciousness of patients are growing, and report of some the evils of medical units are increasing, therefore, petitioner of the patients are more and more.In the face of advocating people-oriented, and requirements of humanized service environment, how to correctly treat and properly resolve the contradiction and the dispute between doctor and patient becomes a vital part of hospital development.In this paper,we make a simple introduction on how to treat correctly and resolve properly on the contradictions and disputes between doctors and patients,and hoping to provide some help for the future work.
