摘要
目的:观察复方右旋糖苷70眼液联合贝复舒眼液治疗干眼病的临床疗效。方法:2012年9月-2013年9月收治干眼症患者36例72眼,随机分为治疗组及对照组。对照组给予复方右旋糖苷70眼液滴眼,治疗组在对照组基础上联合使用贝复舒眼液滴眼,均4次/日,治疗2周后复查。比较两组治疗前后泪液分泌试验(Schirmer test,ST)、泪膜破裂时间(Breaking up time,BUT)及疗效。结果:两组治疗前后Schirmer试验结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗前两组BUT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗前后BUT、疗效差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方右旋糖苷70眼液联合贝复舒眼液治疗干眼症的疗效优于单纯使用复方右旋糖苷70眼液。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of compound dextran 70 eye drops combined with bFGF eye drops in treatment of dry eye disease.Methods:36 cases with dry eye(72 eyes) were selected from September 2012 to September 2013.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group were given compound dextran 70 drops,and the treatment group were given bFGF eye drops on the basis of the control group.Both of them were used 4 times/day.We reviewed after 2 weeks treatment.We compared the tear secretion test(Schirmer test,ST),tear break-up time(Breaking up time,BUT) and the effect of two groups before and after treatment.Results:The Schirmer test results of the two groups before and after treatment showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The BUT of the two groups before the treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).The BUT and the effect of two groups before and after treatment had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of compound dextran 70 eye drops combined with bFGF eye drops in treatment of dry eye syndrome is better than pure compound dextran eye drops.
