正骨推拿加牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果

Clinical effect of bonesetting massage and traction in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis

目的:观察神经根型颈椎病的正骨推拿加牵引治疗后的临床效果。方法:对50例神经根型颈椎病患者采用中医正骨推拿手法加牵引治疗及自我保健方法进行治疗。结果:经正骨推拿手法加牵引治疗后临床疗效确切,总有效率98.0%。结论:神经根型颈椎病采用正骨推拿加颈椎牵引疗效确切,在临床上可广泛应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of bonesetting massage and traction treatment in nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods:50 cases with nerve root type cervical spondylosis were treated with TCM bonesetting massage and traction and self-care method.Results:After the bonesetting massage and traction treatment,the clinical curative effect was definite.The total effect was 98.0%.Conclusion:The curative effect of bonesetting massage and traction in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis is definite.It can be widely used in clinical practice.
