摘要
目的:产前抑郁症是近年来出现的一种新的孕期心理疾病,是孕妇因为生理、心理和社会环境等因素,导致在妊娠期产生了各种负面情绪。根据临床研究发现,产前抑郁症发生在妊娠的不同时期均能对孕妇和胎儿的健康产生不利影响,与产后抑郁症相比,有着更大的危害。本文通过对产前抑郁症的原因分析,探讨其对妊娠的影响,并针对妊娠不同时期的特点,提出切实有效的预防措施。
Prenatal depression is a new mental illness emerged in recent years.When the demands of pregnant women are not met,negative emotions would be produced.According to the clinical study,compared with postpartum depression,prenatal depression is much more harmful,because it could bring about adverse effects on the pregnant and the baby.In this paper,the reasons and its effect on the gestation period are discussed,and the effective and reasonable precaution measurements are put forward.
