摘要
目的:分析健康教育在儿童预防接种工作中的实际效果。方法:选取2009-2013年接种门诊管辖社区的0~7岁儿童,对其家长进行多样化健康教育,如访视、面对面教育和深入社区等。比较健康教育后的接种率。结果:近5年内,一类疫苗接种率从83%上涨到了95%,而二类疫苗接种率从70%上涨到了83%。结论:健康教育在预防接种中具有十分重要的意义,对社区儿童家长进行健康教育,可提高其相关知识的认知水平和疫苗接种效果,而且降低了疫苗不良反应的发生。
Objective:To analyze the actual effect of health education in children's preventive vaccination work.Methods: Children aged 0~7 years old who were vaccinated in clinics under the jurisdiction of the community were selected from 2009 to 2013.Their parents were given diversified health education,such as interview,face to face education and deep into the community and so on.The vaccination rates after diversified health education were compared.Results: In recent five years, the first type of vaccination rates rise from 83% to 95%, while the second vaccination rates rise from 70% to 83%. Conclusion:Health education has very important significance on the preventive vaccination.The health education for the community children's parents can improve the cognitive level of related knowledge and the effect of vaccination.It also reduces the adverse reactions to the vaccine.
