摘要
目的:探讨危重症患者早期肠内营养并发症的预防及护理策略。方法:2012年2月-2013年11月收治危重症患者80例,进行肠内营养,观察其并发症及其护理。结果:80例危重症患者体重稳定71例,体重增加5例,血糖控制稳定,营养状况良好。出现腹泻5例,电解质异常3例,高糖血症1例,胃潴留1例,脱管1例。结论:实施病情评估,采取及时合理的护理对策可以提高肠内营养的疗效,预防或减少并发症的发生,促进患者的早日康复。
Objective:To explore the prevention and nursing strategy of early enteral nutrition complications in critically ill patients.Methods:80 cases of critically ill patients were selected from February 2012 to November 2013.They were given enteral nutrition.Their complications and nursing were observed.Results:In the 80 cases of critically ill patients,71 cases were stable weight;5 cases were increased weight;blood glucose control was stability;good nutrition status was fine.5 cases were diarrhea;3cases were abnormal electrolyte;1 case was hyperglycemia;1 case was gastric retention;1 case was removal of tube.Conclusion:The implementation of condition assessment,timely and reasonable nursing measures can improve the effect of enteral nutrition,prevent or reduce complications,and promote speedy recovery of patients.
