妊娠高血压综合征的产科治疗效果观察

The effect observation of obstetric treatment for pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome

目的:对妊娠高血压综合征的产科治疗效果进行探讨。方法:2012年8月-2013年8月收治妊娠高血压综合征患者80例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组主要实施硫酸镁治疗,试验组则实施硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗。对两组治疗效果进行观察和比较。结果:试验组的总有效率相比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的舒张压、收缩压改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平对妊娠高血压综合征进行治疗,疗效安全可靠。

Objective:To explore the effect of obstetric treatment for pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods:80 cases with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were selected from August 2012 to August 2013.They were randomLy divided into the experimental and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group were treated with the magnesium sulfate,and the experimental group were treated with magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).In the experimental group,improvement of the diastolic and systolic blood pressure were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Post natal incidence of adverse events of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine for treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome is safe and reliable.
