胸外科局限性小切口开胸术40例临床观察

Clinical observation on 40 cases of limitations of small incision thoracotomy in the department of thoracic surgery

目的:观察和分析胸外科局限性小切口开胸术的临床应用价值。方法:2013年4月-2014年4月收治胸外科住院患者64例,随机平均分为两组,其中观察组给予局限性小切口开胸术治疗,对照组给予传统胸外科外侧切口手术治疗。观察分析两组术中出血量、术后胸腔引流量、术后疼痛程度、住院花销及住院时间。结果:观察组的术中出血量、术后胸腔引流量、术后疼痛程度、住院费用及住院时间等指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:局限性小切口具有术中出血量少、术后胸腔引流量少、疼痛轻、住院花费低、时间短等优点,具有良好的临床推广价值。

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical application value of limitations of small incision thoracotomy in the department of thoracic surgery.Methods:64 cases in the department of thoracic surgery were selected from April 2013 to April2014.They were randomLy divided into the two groups with 32 cases in each.The observation group were given the limitations of small incision thoracotomy treatment.The control group were given the conventional treatment of lateral incision operation.Observe and analyze intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative drainage volume,postoperative pain,hospitalization fancy and hospitalization time of two groups.Results:The amount of bleeding,postoperative chest drainage,postoperative pain after operation,hospitalization expenses and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Limitations of a small incision has the advantages of less bleeding,less postoperative chest drainage quantity,light pain, low hospitalization fancy and short time,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
