摘要
目的:探讨手部深度烧伤的早期整形手术治疗效果。方法:2013年1月-2013年12月收治深度烧伤患者94例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各47例。研究组在24小时内进行整形手术治疗,对照组在24~48小时进行整形手术,观察两组临床效果。结果:研究组手部外观恢复的有效率97.9%,对照组手部外观恢复的有效率87.2%。研究组手部功能恢复率95.7%,对照组手部功能恢复率83.0%。两组手部外观恢复率及手部功能恢复率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手部深度烧伤应尽早进行整形手术,术后手部外观及功能恢复较好。
Objective:To investigate the effect of early stage plastic operation in the treatment of deep hand burn.Methods:94cases with deep burn were selected from January 2013 to December 2013.They were randomLy divided into the study group and the control group with 47 cases in each.The study group were treated with shaping operation within 24 hours.The control group were given plastic operation ranged from 24~48 hours.Then observe the clinical effect of two groups.Results:Hand appearance recovery rate of the study group was 97.9%,and that of the control group was 87.2%.Hand function recovery rate of the study group was 95.7%,and that of the control group was 83%.The difference of hand appearance recovery rate and hand function recovery rate between the two groups were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Plastic operation should be performed in hand deep burn as early as possible,in order to make sure the appearance and function of hand recoved postoperatily.
