中医及西医分别治疗手足口病的疗效分析

Effect analysis of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of hand foot and mouth disease

目的:观察中医及西医分别治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将128例手足口病患儿随机平分为中医组和西医组。中医组应用热毒宁治疗,西医组应用单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗。观察两组退热时间、疱疹及口腔溃疡消退时间等指标,比较2种方法的治疗效果。结果:中医组退热时间明显优于西医组(P<0.05);西医组疱疹及口腔溃疡消退时间明显优于中医组(P<0.05);两组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:热毒宁和单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗手足口病各有优点,两者治疗的总有效率无明显差异。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of hand foot and mouth disease respectively.Methods:128 children with hand foot mouth disease were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.Traditional Chinese medicine group used reduning treatment;the western medicine group were given vidarabine therapy.Then observe the cooling time,the extinction time of herpes and oral ulcer in two groups of children,and compare the efficacy of two groups.Results:The cooling time of traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of western medicine group(P0.05).The extinction time of herpes and oral ulcer of the western medicine group were shorter than those of the traditional Chinese medicine group(P0.05).The total efficiency of two groups had no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of hand foot and mouth disease,reduning and vidarabine monophosphate both have its own advantages,and the total effective rate had no obvious difference in two groups.
