摘要
目的:分析卵巢囊腺瘤的CT及临床表现,探讨卵巢囊腺瘤的CT诊断。方法:收治经手术病理证实为卵巢囊腺瘤患者15例,对其临床及CT资料进行回顾性分析。结果:15例卵巢囊腺瘤中浆液性9例,黏液性6例。术前CT检查12例作出了正确诊断,3例误诊。结论:卵巢囊腺瘤分为浆液性与黏液性,CT对卵巢囊腺瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断具有较高的临床价值。
Objective:We analyzed the CT and clinical manifestations of ovarian cystadenoma,to investigate the CT diagnosis of ovarian cystadenoma.Methods:15 cases with ovarian cystadenoma who was confirmed by pathologically were selected.We conducted a retrospective review of the clinical and CT datas of them.Results:15 cases of cystadenoma of ovary serous in 9 cases,6cases of mucinous.12 cases of preoperative CT examination made the correct diagnosis,misdiagnosis in 3 cases.Conclusion:ovarian cystadenoma include serous and mucinous.CT have a high clinical value of diagnosis and differential diagnosis for ovarian cystadenoma.
