糖尿病合并肺结核的影像学探讨

Investigation of the imaging features of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:探讨糖尿病合并肺结核病的影像学特征。方法:收治糖尿病合并肺结核病患者36例,回顾性分析其临床资料。同时选择年龄、病变范围相当的单纯肺结核患者进行对比观察。结果:36例糖尿病合并肺结核患者病灶以双上野分布的30例,病灶形态呈大片融合或斑块的有32例,发现空洞的有33例,单一病灶内多发虫蚀样空洞有31例,支气管播散多见。结论:糖尿病合并肺结核具有一定的影像学特征,如以炎性渗出、干酪变质为主,空洞发生率高,糖尿病合并肺结核于结核非好发部位的发病率高。

Objective:To explore the imaging features of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:36 cases with diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected.We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data.At the same time,pulmonary tuberculosis patients with the same age and extent of disease were selected,and the clinical data were compared between the two groups.Results:In 36 cases of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis,30 cases of lesions was double Ueno distribution;the lesions of 32 cases were large fusion or plaques;33 cases had single lesion cavity;31 cases were multiple eroded hole in single lesions;bronchial dissemination was common.Conclusion:Diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis has certain imaging characteristics,such as inflammatory exudation and cheese metamorphism are the main,and empty rate is high.In patients with diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis,the incidence rate at non predilection sites of tuberculosis is high.
