助产士有效沟通对阴道分娩软产道裂伤的影响

Effect of midwife effective communication on the vaginal delivery soft birth canal laceration

目的:探讨助产士有效沟通对阴道分娩软产道裂伤的影响。方法:2013年1月-12月收治初产妇240例,作为研究对象。将其按入院先后顺序分为试验组和对照组各120例。试验组实行助产士有效沟通,对照组单纯给予产科常规护理。观察比较两组产妇阴道裂伤情况、产妇分娩期心理状态及满意度。结果:与对照组相比,试验组产妇害怕焦虑,紧张情绪明显减轻,努力配合情况明显提高,软产道裂伤发生程度明显降低,产妇满意度明显提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:助产士有效沟通能够减少软产道裂伤,具有积极的作用。

Objective:To explore the effect of midwife effective communication on the vaginal delivery soft birth canal laceration.Methods:240 primiparas were selected from January to December 2013.They were as the research objects.According to the order in hospital,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 120 cases in each.The experimental group were given midwife effective communication.The control group were purely given general obstetrics nurse.The vaginal laceration,psychological state of delivery period and satisfaction of primipara in two groups were observed and compared.Results:Compared with the control group,fear,anxiety and tension of primipara in the experimental group significantly reduced;facilitating condition improved obviously;soft birth canal laceration degree decreased obviously;maternal satisfaction improved significantly.The difference of two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The midwife effective communication can reduce the soft birth canal laceration.It plays an active role.
