Investigation and analysis of community elderly women health care

社区老年妇女保健工作是目前医院的一项重要工作,加强社区保健,也是目前医院为提高社区老人生活质量工作的一个发展趋势和重要环节。本文以社区老年妇女卫生保健工作的必要性和重要性为出发点,着重阐述了进行社区老年妇女保健工作的一些措施和方法:老年妇女生理卫生知识的宣传和教育、老年妇女心理卫生的疏导、规律的生活和适当的锻炼、营养合理地摄入、注重普查普检普治、运用中医保健,由此可以使社区老年妇女可以积极主动地防范和预防各种老年妇科疾病,不断地提高社区老年妇女保健工作的同时,不断地提高老年妇女生活质量。

Community elderly women health care work is an important work in hospital at present.Strengthening community health care is a developing trend and important link in the work of improving community elderly living quality.The necessity and importance of community elderly women health care work as the starting point,this paper expounds some measures and methods for community elderly women health care work,such as the propaganda and education of elderly women physiological health knowledge,elderly women mental health counseling,regular life and proper exercise,nutritional intake reasonably,pay attention to the census,general inspection and general treatment,application of traditional Chinese medicine health care.This can make that the community elderly women can actively guard against and prevent senile gynecological diseases.It improves community elderly women health care work at the same time,and constantly improve the living quality of the elderly women.
