摘要
目的:探讨护士绩效考核方法在优质护理服务中的应用方法及效果。方法:结合专科特点,通过对护理能级、工作质量、工作量考核的方法,公开、公平、公正的考核护理工作。结果:实施护士绩效考核后,护士满意度由原来的74.24%提升到91.67%,患者满意度由原来的79.37%提高到98.73%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:该方法客观、有效、易于操作,有助于提高优质护理服务的质量,是推进优质护理的保障。
Objective:To explore the application methods and effect of performance appraisal methods in the quality of nursing service.Method:Combined with the specialized characteristics,through the method of nursing level,work quality and work assessment, the nursing work were open,fair and impartial examinated.Results:After the nurses' performance appraisal,the nurse satisfaction from the original 74.24% to 91.67%;the patient satisfaction increased from 79.37% to 98.73%;the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The method is objective,effective,easy operation and help to improve the quality of high quality nursing service,so it is to promote the quality of nursing care insurance.
