钛板坚强内固定治疗颌面骨折的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical curative effect of titanium plate strong internal fixation in the treatment of maxillofacial fracture

目的:对钛板坚强内固定治疗颌面骨折的临床疗效进行分析。方法:2011年4月-2012年4月收治颌面骨折患者38例,作为对照组,采用骨间钢丝结扎固定术进行治疗,2012年5月-2013年10月收治颌面骨折患者38例,作为观察组,采用钛板坚强内固定术进行治疗,并对两组临床治疗效果作回顾性分析。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、感染发生率、住院时间、恢复时间均明显优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用钛板坚强内固定术治疗颌面骨折患者时,因钛板具有较好的组织相容性以及固位稳定性,可有效减少口腔活动受限、缩短骨折固定时间、促进骨折愈合,临床效果显著,不失为一种理想的颌面骨折治疗方式。

Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of titanium plate strong internal fixation in the treatment of maxillofacial fracture.Methods:38 cases with maxillofacial fracture were selected from April 2011 to April 2012.They were as the control group and treated with steel wire ligature between bone fixation.38 cases with maxillofacial fracture were selected from May 2012 to October 2013.They were as the observation group and treated with titanium plate strong internal fixation.The clinical therapeutic effects of two groups were analyzed retrospectively.Results:In the observation group,the treatment total effective rate,the infection rate,the hospitalization time,and the recovery time of patients were significantly better than those of the control group,and there were statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Because the titanium plate has good histocompatibility and retention stability,using titanium plate strong internal fixation in the treatment of maxillofacial fracture can effectively reduce the oral activity limitation,shorten the fracture fixed time,and promote fracture healing.Its clinical efficacy is significant,and it is an ideal maxillofacial fracture treatment method.
