新辅助化疗联合保乳手术治疗老年局部晚期乳腺癌的临床分析

Clinical analysis of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with breast conserving operation in the treatment of elderly locally advanced breast cancer

目的:探讨新辅助化疗联合保乳手术治疗老年局部晚期乳腺癌的临床价值。方法:82例老年局部晚期乳腺癌患者给予TC化疗方案2~4周期,符合保乳条件的进行保乳手术。评价保乳手术并发症的发生率以及术后局部复发率、远处转移率等。结果:新辅助化疗的有效率81%,进行保乳手术的比例85.4%(70/82),总并发症的发生率20%,局部复发率5.7%,远处转移率8.6%。结论:采用新辅助化疗联合保乳手术治疗老年局部晚期乳腺癌患者,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with breast conserving operation in the treatment of elderly locally advanced breast cancer.Methods:82 cases with elderly locally advanced breast cancer were given CT chemotherapy regimens for 2~4 cycles.The patients that comply with confirmed breast conditions were given breast conserving operation.The incidence rate of breast conserving operation complications,postoperative local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate were evaluated.Results:The effective rate of neoadjuvant chemotherapy was 81%.The proportion of breast conserving operation was 85.4%(70/82).The incidence rate of total complications was 20%.The local recurrence rate was 5.7%.The distant metastasis rate was 8.6%.Conclusion:Using neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with breast conserving operation in the treatment of elderly locally advanced breast cancer has the higher clinical application value,so it is worthy of promotion.
