小切口切除术治疗阑尾炎60例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Small incision surgery in the treatment of appendicitis in 60 cases

目的:研究小切口切除术治疗阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法:2012年1月-2013年12月收治阑尾炎患者60例,将其分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用传统切除术治疗,试验组采用小切口切除术治疗。对两组手术用时、术后恢复时间、切口长度、术后并发症以及切口感染情况进行比较。结果:两组手术用时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组术后恢复时间、切口长度、术后并发症以及切口感染情况均明显优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小切口切除术治疗阑尾炎创伤小、住院时间短、术后恢复迅速、并发症出现率低,具有显著的临床疗效,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective:To study the clinical effects of small incision excision in the treatment of appendicitis.Methods:60 cases with appendicitis were selected from January 2012 to December 2013.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group used traditional resection in the treatment of acute appendicitis,and the experimental group used small incision and excision in the treatment of patients with appendicitis.We compared the operation time,postoperative recovery time,incision length,postoperative complications and incision infection of the two groups.Results:The operation time of two groups had no significant difference,and there were no statistical significance(P>0.05).The postoperative recovery time,incision length,postoperative complications and incision infection of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The small incision surgery for appendicitis has little trauma,short hospitalization time,rapid postoperative recovery.The complication rate is low,and it has significant clinical efficacy,so it is worthy to be popularized in clinical use.
