阿奇霉素治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of azithromycin in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia

目的:探讨阿奇霉素治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法:2013年1月-2014年1月收治社区获得性肺炎患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。两组均给予痰热清20 m L加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 m L混合进行静滴,1次/d;磷酸可待因溶液10 m L,甘草合剂10 m L,茶碱缓释片0.1 g,3次/d,口服。观察组在此基础上给予阿奇霉素0.5 g加入250 m L的生理盐水中进行静滴,1次/d。而对照组则使用头孢呋辛钠注射液0.75 g加入5%的葡萄糖溶液中进行静滴,2次/d。两组疗程均2周,比较治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗有效率97.8%,对照组8.08%,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素的抗菌谱非常广、起效快,在社区获得性肺炎治疗中的应用具有较好的效果,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of azithromycin in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.Methods:90 cases with community acquired pneumonia were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.All of the patients were given 20 ml Tan Re Qing added to 250 ml 5% Glucose Injection mixed for intravenous drip,1 time/day; 10 ml codeine phosphate solution,10,ml mixture of liquorice,0.1 g theophylline sustained-release tablets,3 times/day orally.The observation group were given 0.5 g azithromycin added to the 250 ml saline for intravenous drip,1 time/day on the basis of the above.While the control group using0.75 g cefuroxime sodium injection added to 5% glucose solution for intravenous drip,2 times/day.Two groups were treated for 2weeks,and we compared the treatment effect.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 97.8%,and that of the control group was 8.08%.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The azithromycin had a very wide antimicrobial spectrum,and simultaneously has the advantages of quick response,and the application of pneumonia in the community has a better effect,so it is worthy of promotion.
