体外碎石治疗肝内胆管结石360例疗效观察

Curative effect observation of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of 360 cases of hepatolith

目的:观察体外碎石治疗肝内胆管结石的疗效。方法:1998-2014年收治肝内胆管结石患者360例,给予体外碎石治疗,观察疗效。结果:第1疗程后,显效312例,有效48例;第2疗程后,显效46例,有效2例;第3疗程后,显效2例。结论:体外碎石治疗肝内胆管结石,是安全、有效、无痛苦的治疗方法。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of hepatolith.Methods:360 cases with hepatolith were selected from 1998 to 2014.They were given extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment.The curative effect was observed.Results:After the first course of treatment,312 cases were markedly effective;48 cases were effective.After the second course of treatment,46 cases were markedly effective;2 cases were effective.After the third course of treatment,2 cases were markedly effective.Conclusion:The extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of hepatolith is a safe,effective,painless treatment method.
