摘要
目的:探讨针灸联合复方丹参注射液治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法:2013年5月-2014年1月收治脑梗死患者54例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各27例。观察组给予针灸联合复方丹参注射液进行治疗,对照组给予复方丹参注射液进行治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组临床治疗有效率96.3%,对照组临床治疗有效率77.7%。观察组治疗前后的评分差明显高于对照组。结论:针灸联合复方丹参注射液治疗脑梗死临床效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with compound danshen injection in treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:54 cases with cerebral infarction were selected from May 2013 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 27 cases in each.The observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with compound danshen injection treatment.The control group were treated with compound danshen injection.Compare the clinical curative effects of two groups.Results:The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.3%,and that of the control group was 77.7%.The score difference before and after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with compound danshen injection in treatment of cerebral infarction is remarkable,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
