糖尿病性骨病的数字化X线摄影及骨密度诊断分析

摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病性骨病的数字化X线摄影(DR)及骨密度变化情况,降低对糖尿病性骨病的漏诊率。方法:2013年2月-2014年4月收治糖尿病患者50例,对其骨密度及DR资料进行分析,结果:50例患者中,骨质疏松症20例,增生性脊柱炎10例,足坏疽10例,夏科氏关节4例,软组织钙化6例。结论:DR和骨密度测定有助于早期诊断,对患者及时获得有效的治疗有着至关重要的意义。 Objective:To investigate the changes of DR and bone density in diabetic osteopathy,and to reduce the rate of missed diagnosis of diabetic osteopathy.Methods:50 cases with diabetic were selected from February 2013 to April 2014.We analyzed their data on the bone mineral density and DR.Results:In 50 cases,20 cases was osteoporosis disease;10 cases was hypertrophic spondylitis;10 cases was foot gangrene;4 cases was Charcot's joint;6 cases was soft tissue calcification.Conclusion:DR and bone density measurement are helpful to early diagnosis,which have very important significance for patients to receive timely and effective treatment.
