摘要
目的:探讨健康教育中的护理工作对高血压患者依从性的干预效果。方法:2012年1-12月收治原发性高血压病患者380例,分6批次统一集中进行高血压相关知识的健康教育,采用现场问卷调查、授课形式及电话随访相结合的方法进行研究。结果:健康教育前后患者对高血压病的认知性及服药依从性方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对患者进行有针对性的健康教育是预防和控制高血压的基础和前提。患者对高血压知识知晓程度、高血压的规律随访时间、自身心理状态以及家庭监测血压对其服药依从性均有影响。
Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in health education on hypertension patients compliance.Methods:380 cases with primary hypertension were selected from January to December 2012.They were divided into 6 batches centralized hypertension related knowledge health education.We studied by using questionnaire survey method,teaching form and telephone follow-up combined.Results:The differences of the cognition and compliance include poor understanding,good understanding,poor compliance,good compliance and other evaluation index of hypertension patients before and after health education were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted health education is the basis and prerequisite for the prevention and control of hypertension.Patients with high degree of knowledge,hypertension,regular follow-up time their psychological state and home blood pressure monitoring on medication compliance are affected.
