中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的护理干预

Nursing intervention of retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:探讨中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的护理措施。方法:2011年1月-2013年10月收治慢性盆腔炎患者200例,用一次性灌肠袋中药保留灌肠治疗,并进行护理干预。结果:总有效率90%。结论:中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎配合精心护理,效果明显,提高了患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the nursing measures of retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:200 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected from January 2011 to October 2013.We used the disposable enema bag herbal retention enema to treat the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and they were given nursing intervention.Results:The total efficiency was 90%.Conclusion:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease combine with careful nursing is obvious,and it also can improve the life quality of patients.
