社区医院临终护理

Hospice care in community hospital

目的:通过对社区医院患者的临终护理,减轻患者的身心痛苦,提高患者最后生命的质量。方法:对12例患者进行全面的身心护理与支持,最大程度减轻患者生理和心理上的痛苦,使其正视死亡。结果:此项工作得到患者及其家属的认同,12例患者安详地离开人世。结论:有效的社区临终护理能够使临终患者的痛苦减少,舒适度增加,使患者的生命质量得到提高,帮助家属照顾临终患者。

Objective:Through the hospice care on patients of community hospital,to alleviate patient's suffering,and improve the quality of final life of patients.Methods:Physical and psychological care and support comprehensive were given in 12 cases,to reduce the patient's physiological and psychological distress at maximum extent,in order to make them face up to death.Results:This work has been recognized by patients and their family members.12 cases passed away peacefully.Conclusion:Effectively community hospice care can reduce the pain of antemortem patients,and improve their comfort,so that their quality of life can be improved,and it also can help the families to take care of dying patients.
