摘要
目的:探讨持续改进质量控制措施。方法:分析本院护理质量控制情况,将研究组与对照组的护理质量进行对比分析。结果:改革管理模式后,基础护理、特一级护理、安全护理、消毒隔离、病房管理、查对制度、护理文书、医德医风、护士长管理考核结果均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:采取提高素质、全员参与、全程控制及下发质量简报等持续改进措施有效提高了护理质量。
Objective:To discuss the measures on continuous improvement of control quality.Methods:Analyze the control status of the nursing quality,and comparative analyze nursing quality between the study group and the control group.Results:After reformed the management mode,the basic nursing,special nursing,safety nursing,disinfection and isolation,ward management,check system,nursing records,medical ethics,the head nurse management assessment results of the study group were better than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Continuous improvement measures,including improving the quality,full participation,controlling and quality and issuing a quality newsletter,can improve the quality of nursing effectivly.
