摘要
酮咯酸氨丁三醇超前镇痛在临床各种类型手术中已经有应用,术后镇痛效果确切,不良反应少。现将酮咯酸氨丁三醇在术前超前镇痛用于妇科的引产术、门诊无痛人流术、妇科腹腔镜子宫切除术的试验研究进展做一综述。
There have been Clinical use of preemptive analgesia with ketorolac tromethamine for many kinds of operation.Postoperative analgesic effect is exact,and adverse reaction is little.In this article,we make a summarize for experimental study of preemptive analgesia with ketorolac tromethamine for induction of labor, painless abortion of department of gynaecology in outpatient service,and gynecological laparoscopic hysterectomy.
