微创内固定系统治疗胫骨平台骨折56例临床分析

摘要 目的:探讨微创内固定系统对胫骨平台骨折的治疗效果。方法:2011年1月-2013年1月收治胫骨平台骨折患者112例,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组选择微创内固定系统手术方法,对照组选择解剖钢板手术方法。记录并比较两组手术时间、术中出血量和并发症情况。结果:观察组的手术时间及术中出血量均明显少于对照组,术后并发症的发生率(1.8%)明显低于对照组(14.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创内固定系统手术治疗方法具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、并发症少等优点。 Objective:To explore the effect of treatment of tibial plateau fractures treated with minimally invasive internal fixation system.Methods:112 cases with tibial plateau fracture were selected from January 2011 to January 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were treated with minimally invasive operation fixed system,and the control group were treated with anatomical plate operation.We recorded and compared the time of operation,the amount of bleeding during operation and the complications.Results:In the observation group,operation time and intraoperative bleeding were significantly less than those of the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications(1.8%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(14.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Operation of minimally invasive internal fixation system has many advantages,such as shorter operation time,less bleeding,fewer complications and so on.
