复杂性手外伤在基层医院的治疗方式分析

Analysis of the treatment methods of complicated hand injury in the primary hospital

目的:对复杂性手外伤在基层医院的治疗方式进行分析讨论。方法:2008年11月-2012年11月收治复杂手外伤患者84例,对其治疗方式以及治疗效果进行分析总结。结果:84例患者中,术后创伤性关节炎12例(14.3%);术后伤口感染8例(9.5%);骨髓炎扩创引流及截指3例(3.6%);断指缺血性坏死解脱2例(2.4%);术后皮瓣部分坏死1例(1.2%)。84例患者中术后手部功能恢复良好59例(70.2%),术后手部功能恢复一般16例(19.9%),术后手部功能恢复差9例(10.8%)。结论:对复杂手外伤患者应根据伤情选择手术方法,早期正确处理,并配合术后功能锻炼才能最大限度改善和保留手的功能。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the treatment methods of complicated hand injury in the primary hospital.Methods:84 cases with complicated hand injury were selected from November 2008 to November 2012.The treatment method and the treatment effect were analyzed and summarized.Results:In 84 cases,12 cases(14.3%) were postoperative traumatic arthritis;8cases(9.5%) were postoperative wound infection;3 cases(3.6%) were osteomyelitis debridement drainage and amputation;2cases(2.4%) were finger ischemic necrosis liberation;1 case(1.2%) was postoperative part flap necrosis.In 84 cases,59cases(70.2%) had good postoperative hand function recovery;16 cases(19.9%) had postoperative hand function recovery;9cases(10.8%) had postoperative hand function recovery.Conclusion:For the patients with complicated hand injury,the operation methods are selected according to the injury.The early correct treatment and postoperative functional exercise can maximize improve and retain the hand function.
